## Quantitative Surveys
**Quantitative surveys** look at the statistical approach of analyzing the survey results. The questions are designed in a way so that the answers are recorded in numbers. Then you look at how many users have answered certain questions.
#### Quantitative Surveys tell us about
- How many users use the product?
- What kind of people use the product?
- What is the market for our product?
It is a great approach to test the market, see trends, patterns, user base, see success of the product etc.
#### Example Questions
- Do you use Free code camp?
- Yes
- No
- How many challenges have you finished in free code camp?
- Less than 100
- Less than 500
- More than 500
- How many certificates have you earned on free code camp in total?
- 0
- 1
- 2
- 3
