Improved the Arabic translation of the first 5 paragraphs in order to make the topic more understandable by humans.
* Update index.md
Made sure that the translation is not just literal but actually conveys the intended meaning of the technical terms.
Also tried to standardize the translation across the article.
In the paragraph I've written, I briefly explained how the compiler handles the multi-dimensional array memory allocation, like how it actually isn't stored as a multi-dimensional block, but rather a long one-dimensional line.

I'm a arab, I saw that the article isn't well translated.
I did translate again in my own way and mixing it to the article way, corrected all the translation mistakes and typing mistakes. Changed the article structure somehow.
