Fix Browser Zoom Related Issues

Some browsers have issues detecting exact font and image sizes when zoomed
in or out. Prior workarounds have failed and we don't want to use regular
expressions, which have many defeciencies.
For the short term we will add a note to the affected challenges that the
browser zoom must be at 100%

Fix variable data persist on Functional Challenges.

Move all display functions to the tail property for all challenges
object oriented and functional programming
I believe the reason for the 'answer' variable data persisting was due to the
display function having closure over that variable (ie. `newArray`).
By moving the 'answer' variable declaration to the boilerplate this
will fix this issue.

Tests are now more robust. typeof string accepts any string - empty or not - with either single or double quotes. typeof number accepts any number, including floating point. Refactored from editor.getValue().match to code.match() and removed flags gi, as they don't make sense in these tests. closes #5065
