[StataList](http://www.statalist.org/) provides peer and official support in a message-board format; the official [Stata Journal](http://www.stata-journal.com/) is a quarterly publication that features peer-reviewed articles on "statistics, data analysis, teaching methods, and effective use of Stata's language."
