Alessio Sergi f02a266ca9 Always use nvmlDeviceGetMemoryInfo() to get NVIDIA GPU memory usage 
nvmlDeviceGetUtilizationRates(handle).memory is not always reliable and
plus seems not supported by all NVIDIA cards.
